Where I got my name from
When I was a kid, I vividly remember meeting a woman named Rally and thinking the name was so cool. Tbh tho I have no clue if this actually happened or not. Later in life, I read the Manga "Gunsmith Cats" and had like a brain blast moment. I had known I was trans for so long at that point but I was kinda justn always comitted to keeping my deadname. But after seeing the name I decided fuck it, my name is Rally now. I also think its cool that the character has my same hair and eye color, although that had nothing to do with my decision to use the name. Its also cute because her sidekick in the manga is named May, which is my GFs name lol.
Where I got my tags from
Originally, my smasher tag was PAPA SMOKE!!! Well technically in 8th grade it was something different, but i didnt play any smash from 8th grade up to like freshman year of college. When I went to my first college melee event, I was asked "whats you tag" and as a joke i said "yeah they call me PAPA SMOKE". The TO then wrote that down and that was that. Awhile later I eventually switched mains from marth to doc, and switched my tag to DR GOYARD as i thought it was tuff (goyard is a european fashion brand). Eventually I dropped the DR, and I've been GOYARD ever since. In more recent times I have been going by SPARKLEDOG. Nothing interesting about that, I just think sparkledog fursonas are cool n badass.
